The rules

1. The visiting lodge must have the most members of their lodge in attendance present and signed in to take home the gavel.
2. If two lodges have the same number of members in attendance the highest ranking officer takes home the gavel.
NOTE: The Lodge with the gavel MUST be at the next MWSA meeting to return the gavel.
